OPEIU Statement: ICE Puts Working People at Risk

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations in cities across the country are violating working people's fundamental rights.

Every person in the United States should be free to speak their mind, observe law enforcement operations and still go home to their families. ICE's ongoing reckless operations do not make working people safer nor our country stronger.

OPEIU fully condemns the horrific violence inflicted on working people by ICE and calls upon Congress to take action against the agency's willful disregard for human life.
