Kirkland Represents CBC Group on Successful Closing of Second Healthcare Royalty Fund
Kirkland & Ellis advised CBC Group, a leading healthcare-dedicated investment firm, on the fundraising and closing of its second Healthcare-Focused Private Credit Fund, R-Bridge Healthcare Fund II, L.P., securing aggregate commitments of approximately $500 million. The fund received strong support from a broad mix of prestigious global institutional investors, including sovereigns, pensions, financial institutions and family offices.
