Chart has signed a strategic North American distribution partnership with Ratermann Manufacturing under which Ratermann will serve as the exclusive distributor for Chart's complete line of industrial MicroBulk and portable liquid cylinder tanks. The partnership is designed to strengthen support for independent industrial gas distributors by improving inventory availability, reducing lead times, expanding access to technical expertise, and delivering a more responsive, distributor-focused service experience across the industrial gas and cryogenic markets.

Combining Chart's world-class engineering and manufacturing capabilities with Ratermann's nationwide logistics network, technical resources, and customer-centric distribution model, the agreement creates a streamlined, single-point-of-contact solution for distributors sourcing MicroBulk and liquid cylinder storage solutions. Under the partnership, Ratermann will manage distribution for all industrial MicroBulk and portable liquid cylinder tanks in North America, while Chart will continue to directly support its bulk tank and beverage line portfolios.
