United Tractors Earns GREENSHIP Awards 2025 for Its Eco-Friendly Building

Presentation of the Best GREENSHIP Performance Award to the General Affairs Department Head, Maya Alfianti Setianingrum.

Jakarta, 5 December 2025 - PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) reaffirms its commitment to sustainability by receiving the Best GREENSHIP Performance Existing Building (EB) award for the United Tractors Head Office Building at the GREENSHIP Awards 2025, organized by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). The award is granted based on actual building performance and operational data that the GBCI thoroughly verifies.

The award is received by UT's General Affairs Department Head, Maya Alfianti Setianingrum. "The Best GREENSHIP Performance award reflects UT's commitment to managing office buildings in a sustainable manner. We believe that the implementation of green building principles is part of the Company's responsibility to create a healthy, efficient, and environmentally friendly working environment," Maya states.

The assessment conducted by GBCI covers six main categories: Appropriate Site Development (ASD), Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC), Water Conservation (WAC), Material Resources and Cycle (MRC), Indoor Health and Comfort (IHC), and Building and Environmental Management (BEM). The results demonstrate UT's consistency in implementing efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable building management practices.

The UT Head Office Building adopts a comprehensive green design concept, including the utilization of natural lighting and ventilation through inner courtyards, the use of solar panels, a green façade, water recycling systems, and optimized energy efficiency. In addition, UT provides 10,399 m² of green open space, representing approximately 44% of the total area, bicycle parking facilities, a zero run-off concept, and an aviary as part of its efforts to preserve biodiversity.

This achievement complements UT's previous accomplishment, where the UT Head Office Building earns the GREENSHIP Existing Building Platinum Certification in 2023 with a total score of 104 points, the highest rating in the Existing Building category. The higher the score, the better the building's sustainability performance.

This award serves as momentum for UT to further strengthen its active role in supporting sustainable development, while continuously creating a healthy, comfortable, and long-term value-creating work environment for all stakeholders.
