ROCHESTER, Mich. (July 27, 2026) -Adeeb Harb has assumed the role of president of Henry Ford Rochester Hospital. He will lead overall hospital operations, strategic planning and performance.
Harb will work closely with the hospital's executive leadership team to advance quality and safety, strengthen engagement among team members, physicians and patients, and support the hospital's continued growth and success.
"Sometimes the most meaningful journeys lead you back home," Harb said. "Returning to Henry Ford Health is deeply meaningful, as this organization helped shape my career and commitment to serving our communities. I look forward to partnering with our exceptional physicians, nurses, and team members to build on Henry Ford Rochester Hospital's proud legacy and advance innovative, high-quality, compassionate care."
Harb joins Henry Ford Health from Trinity Health, where he served as senior vice president of hospital operations for Trinity Health Livonia Hospital and Trinity Health Oakland Hospital. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership positions within Henry Ford Health, including roles with Health Alliance Plan, where he gained experience in population health, value-based care and payer-provider integration.
Harb earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Wayne State University and is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
"Adeeb brings a strong record of operational leadership, strategic growth and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care," said Shanna Johnson, regional president of Henry Ford Health.
