DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

SupplyCore LLC,* Rockford, Illinois, has been awarded a maximum $88,750,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for parts and logistics support for various water purification systems. This was a competitive acquisition with seven responses received. This is a four-year base contract with one one-year option period. The performance completion date is July 31, 2030. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2030 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7MX-26-D-0046).

CORRECTION: The contract announced on July 8, 2026, for ADCO Medical Suppliers LLC,** Littleton, Colorado (SPE2DH-26-D-0012), for $51,000,000 was announced with an incorrect award date. The correct award date is July 24, 2026. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

UPDATE: Consolidated Trailers Inc.,* Nottingham, Maryland (SPE8EC-26-D-0024, $248,000,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for trucks and trailers, issued against solicitation SPE8EC-21-R-0007 and awarded March 18, 2022. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

NAVY

A. Harold and Associates LLC, Jacksonville, Florida (N6134021D0005- P00008); Carley Corp., Orlando, Florida (N6134021D0007-P00008); and Miltrain JV LLC, North Las Vegas, Nevada (N6134021D0008-P00009), are awarded modifications to a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with the estimated aggregate ceiling of the modifications being $70,000,000, increasing the total contract ceiling from $90,000,000 to $160,000,000. These modifications increase the aggregate ceiling of the contracts to provide continued services of providing a wide range of curriculum revision and maintenance (CRM) services for various Navy and non-Navy customers. These CRM services have and will continue to support various training programs located at thirty-one Navy and Marine Corps sites around the world and also includes additional approved Foreign Military Sales cases. Companies have an opportunity to compete for individual orders. Percentages for work performed at each location is unknown until award of task orders under this contract, however, work will be performed at Navy installations in Whidbey Island, Washington; Norfolk, Virginia; Lemoore, California; Oceana, Virginia; North Island, California; Mayport, Florida; and Jacksonville, Florida; Air Force installations in Tinder Air Force Base, Oklahoma; and Marine Corps Air Stations New River, Jacksonville; Cherry Point, North Carolina; Miramar, California; Beaufort, South Carolina; and Camp Pendleton, California. The ordering period is expected to be completed in April 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. RTX Corp., Pratt and Whitney Military Engines, East Hartford, Connecticut, is awarded a $53,755,700 fixed-price incentive (firm-target), cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001926F0008) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001922G0001). This order procures supplies and services to provide non-recurring engineering for the F135 engine program, supporting the early identification, development, and qualification of corrections to potential and actual operational issues. The effort continues engine maturation, evaluates component life limits based on operational experience, improves operational readiness, and reduces maintenance and life cycle costs in support of the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, F-35 Cooperative Program Partners, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Work will be performed in East Hartford, Connecticut (74%); Middletown, Connecticut (7%); West Palm Beach, Florida (7%); Indianapolis, Indiana (6%); Windsor Locks, Connecticut (3%); Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (2%); and North Berwick, Maine (1%), and is expected to be completed in December 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $14,000,000; and F-35 Cooperative Program Partners funds in the amount of $22,274,290, will be obligated at the time of award. Gentex Corp., Simpson, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $49,900,401 modification (P00003) to a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This modification increases the contract ceiling to provide continued program management, engineering, and logistics support in support of full-rate production of the Next-Generation Fixed Wing Helmet system (NGFWH). The NGFWH is designed to modernize fixed-wing aircrew helmet capabilities by reducing reliance on and ultimately replacing the legacy HGU-55/P and HGU-68/P flight helmets for the Navy. Work will be performed in Carbondale, Pennsylvania (73%); Manchester, New Hampshire (21%); and Rancho Cucamonga California (6%), and is expected to be completed in December 2030. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Funds will be obligated as orders are issued. This contract was not competed. Attalon Inc., Murrieta, California, is awarded a $17,100,450 modification (P00001) to contract N0001425C1506 for the SONGBOW: Pulsed Fiber Lasers and Directed Energy Subsystems with High Bandwidth Wavefront Control effort. This modification provides for the development of pulsed fiber lasers for remote sensing and illumination and to further the development of a 400 kW (kilowatt) directed-energy subsystem by integrating a 50 kW (kilowatt) laser with a beam-control assembly. Work will be performed in Murrieta, California. and is expected to be completed in January 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $17,100,450 are obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Conti Federal Services LLC, Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $49,887,334 firm-fixed-price contract for design-bid-build construction of environmental protection shelters. This contract provides software services to identify gaps and risk assessments in the ICBM industrial base and supply chains. Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and is expected to be completed by July 2029. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and four offers were received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $731,250 are being obligated at time of award.
