PACER Maintenance on Sunday, June 28, 2026

Please be advised that PACER systems will undergo maintenance on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM (EDT). As a result, PACER users and CM/ECF e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when logging in and intermittent disruptions to PACER Case Locator (PCL) search functionality during the maintenance window. This upgrade will improve PACER server security, address security vulnerabilities, fix performance bugs, and enhance security features.
