Uniwater acquisition of Controlpartner
Nalka's portfolio company Uniwater has acquired Norwegian Controlpartner AS, specialists in automation and system solutions for water infrastructure. Controlpartner marks Uniwater's fifth acquisition in 2025, and Uniwater's fifth operating company in Norway. Controlpartner was founded in 2015 and today has 40 employees, with offices in Porsgrunn, Bergen, and Oslo. The company is led by CEO Robert Wasler.
Uniwater is one of the leading water infrastructure groups in the Nordic region. Uniwater offers complete water and wastewater solutions to the Nordic market and the group has 600 employees and a turnover of SEK 2.2 billion. Uniwater operates in the business areas Treatment, Flow and Solutions.
Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Uniwater with a core team consisting of Costin Mihailescu, Daniel Högström and Christopher Caesar.
