At Caesar Rodney High School, students selected to participate in the student branch program work alongside teachers Mrs. Way and Mrs. Matthews, as well as Del-One's Member Experience Manager Karon Barbour and Youth Experience Specialist Chase Maracle. Through this experience, students learn teller operations while building teamwork, communication, and other valuable soft skills.

As part of the program, student tellers from Caesar Rodney High School developed and presented a workshop focused on budgeting and financial education at Del-One's corporate location. Delivered to fellow high school students, the presentation broke down financial concepts into practical, relatable examples that highlighted the real-life importance of budgeting and making informed financial decisions. According to Del-One leadership, the student presenters did an outstanding job creating a thoughtful, engaging, and educational experience.
