Pine Tree awarded management assignments for Palm Beach Promenade and Georgia Crossing
Pine Tree has been awarded the management of Palm Beach Promenade and Georgia Crossing on behalf of Invesco US, expanding our southeastern US portfolio to 3.8 million square feet. The addition of these two high-quality assets brings Pine Tree's total AUM to $3 billion and 18 million square feet.
- Palm Beach Promenade (formerly Tanger Place) is a 300,000-square-foot Whole Foods-anchored shopping center adjacent to the prominent Tanger Outlets in West Palm Beach, FL.
- Georgia Crossing is a 400,000-square-foot open-air shopping center shadow-anchored by Target and positioned across from the Mall of Georgia in Buford (Atlanta), GA.
