NORTH PORT, FL - The City of North Port has released its Annual Report for fiscal year 2024-25, giving readers a comprehensive overview of the City's achievements and milestones in an easy-to-read digital format.

This year's report, "Pillars in Progress," goes beyond simply documenting achievements by each department. It includes a full narrative of the successes achieved in each of the seven pillars of the City's Strategic Plan. From Quality of Life to Good Governance, Infrastructure & Facilities Integrity to Environmental Resiliency & Sustainability, the report details how the organization made progress in each of these key areas last fiscal year (Oct. 1, 2024 to Sept. 30, 2025).

"We invite everyone to explore this Annual Report and share in our achievements - because they belong to you, our residents," North Port City Manager Jerome Fletcher said. "Thank you for trusting us to serve this incredible community. Together, we'll keep strengthening the pillars of progress in North Port."

Residents, stakeholders, and the broader community are invited to delve into the report to gain insights into the collective progress made over the past year. The Annual Report is available at NorthPortFL.gov/AnnualReport.

This is North Port's third Annual Report. The inaugural publication for fiscal year 2022-23 earned an Outstanding Award from the Florida Municipal Communicators Association (FMCA) as the top annual report in the state. The 2023-24 Annual Report received national recognition, winning an Award of Excellence in the Annual Report category at the national 2025 Savvy Awards presentation, hosted by the City-County Communications & Marketing Association (3CMA).
