Celebrate Our Reopening with the Doctor Is In!
After months of renovations, the Dr. M.T. Pope House will be open to the public again!
The M.T. Pope House Museum invites you to learn about medicine in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries! This program will focus on the lives of Black medical practitioners and patients as they seek to heal and be healed despite glaring inequality. This program is in partnership with the Shaw University Archives.
