Regulatory procedure for the approval of the Sectoral Cybersecurity Regulation for the electronic communications sector - extension of the deadline for submitting comments

By decision of 20 October 2026, ANACOM granted a request to extend the deadline for submitting comments and suggestions as part of the start of the regulatory procedure for the approval of the Sectoral Cybersecurity Regulation for the electronic communications sector by a further 15 working days.

Interested parties now have until 12 November 2026 to submit any comments, in writing and in Portuguese, believed to be relevant for consideration in the drafting of the aforementioned regulation to [email protected].
