Wednesday, Oct. 15 - In Max Noah Recital Hall, 6-7:15 p.m., the Department of Music and the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, with help from Arts Unlimited, present a lecture, "Composing with Empathy: Mapping Emotion Through Music," featuring renowned composer, Dr. Raphael Fusco, Doc. Artium. Discover how empathy becomes sound as Fusco explores the emotional bridge between composer, performer and audience. From Carnegie Hall to the Metropolitan Opera, Fusco's innovative approach to vocal composition transforms inner feelings into musical expression.
