(1)	This amendment is being filed solely to correct an administrative calculation error in Column 4 of Table I of the original filing relating to a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") to the Reporting Person, which resulted in the number of securities acquired by the Reporting Person being overstated. The original filing incorrectly reported 21,800 shares; the correct amount of shares acquired is 18,400. As a result of this correction, the total amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction in Column 5 has been updated to 29,195. One-third of the shares subject to the RSU vest on each of July 9, 2027, July 9, 2028 and July 9, 2029, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through each such vest date.
