Newmark Facilitates Lease with Barebottle Brewing Company; New Taproom to Open in Walnut Creek

Newmark announces that Barebottle Brewing Company, a celebrated San Francisco Bay Area craft brewery renowned for its innovative, community-driven beers, will open its newest taproom and kitchen at 1375 S California Boulevard in Walnut Creek.

Barebottle Brewing Company has leased approximately 4,800 square feet of space from Mash Petroleum, the property owner. The new location brings Barebottle's signature welcoming atmosphere to the heart of Walnut Creek, featuring 20-30 rotating beers on tap, wines, kombucha, Detroit-style pizzas and additional food offerings

Newmark Managing Director Curtis Berrien, in collaboration with Senior Managing Directors Rick Steffens, Forrest Gherlone and Mike Zylstra and Associate Max Gunari, represented the landlord, Mash Petroleum. This transaction builds on the Newmark team's longstanding relationship with Mash Petroleum, including their prior successful sale of the building to the landlord and other leasing assignments within their portfolio.

The tenant was represented by RC Hildebrand of HC&M Commercial. The Walnut Creek taproom marks another milestone in Barebottle Brewing Company's continued expansion across the Bay Area, bringing its award-winning craft beers and inclusive gathering space to the East Bay.
