Denver Man Charged with Soliciting for Child Prostitution

Published on April 07, 2026

Denver - Tuesday, April 7, 2026 - The Denver Police Department announces that a Denver man has been charged with two counts of Soliciting for Child Prostitution and one count of Attempted Sexual Assault.

In March of this year, Denver Police District Five was notified that several students from Northfield High School had recently reported receiving suspicious notes placed on their vehicles in the Target parking lot in the Northfield area. The notes contained instructions to contact an individual through an encrypted email address.

The information was referred to the Denver Police Department's Human Trafficking Unit and, following a thorough investigation, detectives made the arrest on March 30.

It is believed that other young people may have been similarly contacted or approached, and anyone with information about other possible victims is asked to call the Denver Police Human Trafficking Unit tipline at 720-913-6060, and after selecting your language preference, select Option 2.

Note: The Denver Police Department is not releasing the arrestee's name along with this request for outreach by additional victims due to concerns about the possible impact of pre-trial publicity.
