CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00012751 de 07 de julio de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía TELCONET S.A. cuya oferta pública de la CUARTA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL que fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2024-00005295 del 06 de marzo de 2024 por el monto de hasta USD $10'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
