Duncan Bagshaw appointed as King's Counsel

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is delighted to announce that Duncan Bagshaw has been selected to be appointed as King's Counsel.

Duncan joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in large and complex disputes, in international arbitration and court proceedings relating to energy and natural resources projects.

Duncan is a leading advocate in the field and his appointment reflects the respect he has earned from clients, tribunals and colleagues.

Norton Rose Fulbright's international arbitration team continues to grow, building on the broad range of globally significant matters the team has acted on in recent years, under the leadership of global co-heads Ruth Cowley and Kevin O'Gorman.
