London-Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, has announced the promotion of four new partners across the UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) Region.
The promotions take effect on 1 May 2026 and follow the recruitment of 14 new partners in 2025, with a further three new partners joining to date in 2026.
Paul Jarvis, Dentons' CEO for UKIME, said: "These promotions reflect some of our strategic growth priorities across the region. Our new partners comprise a mix of long-serving Dentons colleagues and relatively recent hires who have added immense value to the firm in a short period of time. Between them, they illustrate various routes to partnership. Congratulations to all our new partners."
Dentons' newly promoted partners are:
Andrew Clarke (Projects, Saudi Arabia)
Andrew joined Dentons in 2024 as a member of the firm's internationally recognised Projects practice. Dual-qualified in England & Wales and Australia, he focuses on cross-border infrastructure investment, with expertise throughout Asia, India, and the CIS. Based in Jeddah, Andrew is leading Dentons' infrastructure growth in Saudi Arabia while also playing a pivotal role for the firm's Japan desk, leveraging nearly 15 years living and working in the country. His extensive international background allows him to effectively bridge complex jurisdictions and align client interests with high-value global opportunities.
Emma Frost (Real Estate, London)
Emma has been with Dentons for more than 20 years, building her career alongside raising her family. She has built a reputation as the go-to lawyer for complex development work, bringing together multi-disciplinary teams to deliver major projects across logistics, residential, offices and retail. She also leads on investment work, assisting clients to build and run their portfolios.
Hannah Harris (Employment, London)
Hannah joined Dentons in 2024 and has earned a reputation for outstanding employment law work in her relatively short time at the firm. She works on complex, often multi-jurisdictional employment and investigations matters, bringing a strong commercial lens and a clear understanding of what clients need in fast-moving situations.
Rukia Khatun (Technology, Media & Telecoms, Milton Keynes).
A longstanding and valued member of our Milton Keynes team, Rukia has developed her career over the past 12 years at Dentons, from trainee to partner. She has established a diverse TMT practice with a particular focus on advising the retail and public sectors across commercial contracts, e-commerce, advertising compliance, business transformation, cloud services and IT licensing.
