This notice serves as a reminder regarding a temporary billing adjustment to your utility account.
Due to a previous billing interruption, some customers did not receive a bill for one or more months. To bring accounts up to date, you may receive two separate bills within the same billing period.

If your bill shows a due date that is approximately two weeks from the billing date, please disregard it. This is a printing error. All customers will be provided a full 30 days to submit payment, and no late fees or penalties will be assessed during this adjustment period.
This update is being provided to ensure residents have the most accurate information as we complete the billing correction process.
