Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Armenia Kubanychbek Bokontayev presented his credentials to President Vahagn Khachatryan

The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachatryan, received the credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Armenia, Kubanychbek Bokontayev.

The President congratulated the newly appointed Ambassador on assuming his responsible position and wished him success in his diplomatic service for the benefit of the further development of relations between the two countries.

"I am confident that Your appointment will become a new impetus for the development of partnership and friendship between our states and peoples," noted the President of the Republic.

Ambassador Bokontayev expressed gratitude for the reception and good wishes, emphasizing that all his efforts will be directed toward fully realizing the potential of cooperation between Armenia and Kyrgyzstan and further expanding collaboration.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of developing economic cooperation, highlighting the need to promote interaction in various areas of mutual interest. In particular, opportunities for cooperation were discussed in the fields of information and high technologies, infrastructure development, as well as the establishment and expansion of direct links between business communities.

The sides highlighted the importance of intensifying high-level meetings and reciprocal visits as an essential prerequisite for deepening bilateral relations. The need for close cooperation on various international platforms was also emphasized, with the aim of forming coordinated positions and ensuring mutual support on issues of shared interest.

During the conversation, views were exchanged on regional developments. The sides stressed the importance of being guided by the principles of good neighborliness, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence in relations with neighbors, highlighting the importance of ensuring stability, security, and lasting peace in the region.
