Greenberg Gibbons Selected to Handle Leasing and Management of Boulevard at Box Hill

Owings Mills, Md. (May 6, 2019) - Greenberg Gibbons announced today that it has been selected by Ward Properties to handle leasing and management, as well as consult on future development, at Boulevard at Box Hill, the Wegmans-anchored shopping and dining destination in Abingdon, Md.

Boulevard at Box Hill has over 350,000 square feet of premier commercial, retail and restaurant space, and an additional 54,500 square feet of space for potential new development. In addition to managing day-to-day operations and tenant relations, Greenberg Gibbons will look to attract new, first-class retailers and entertainment uses.
