Notice of Bankruptcy Noticing Center Outage

Wednesday, October 14, 2026

The Administrative Office has reported an outage of the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC). This means court notices and documents are delayed and ECF users cannot access mailing matrices or mailing labels for a bankruptcy case.

The outage does not affect Notices of Electronic Filings (NEFs) sent to registered ECF attorneys, trustees, and the United States Trustee.

Until the BNC issues are resolved, the following websites are also expected to be unavailable: bnc.uscourts.gov, bankruptcynotices.uscourts.gov, notices.uscourts.gov, and the National Creditor Registration Service website that supports CM/ECF access to address labels.

The Administrative Office is currently investigating and working to resolve this issue. An update will be provided when more information is available.
