Congressional Bill S. 3424 Signed into Law
On Friday, February 6, 2026, the President signed into law:
S. 3424, the "Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2025," which increases Chapter 7 Bankruptcy trustees fees, extends Chapter 11 Bankruptcy quarterly fees for an additional five years, and extends certain temporary bankruptcy judgeships for an additional five years.
