Fatal Fire At 7024 Feather Pine St. In Las Vegas
Cause Of The Fire Is Under Investigation
On Monday, Sept. 1, 2025, at 11:47 a.m., Las Vegas Fire& Rescue was dispatched to 7024 Feather Pine St., where a caller reported seeing smoke coming from a single-story residential structure.
The caller attempted to notify the residents, but was unable to make contact with anyone inside.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue crews forced entry and searched the residence. Firefighters identified the hot spots within the home and began to contain and extinguish the fire. It was reported at the scene that one person may be in the house.
Firefighters located a decesed elderly male in the home.
The cause of the fire remains undetermined and is under active investigation. There is an estimated $100,000 in damage to the home.
NV Energy and SW Gas were notified of this incident. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is on scene to support scene safety. The home will require board-up services for at least one door and one garage door.
