AMENDMENT OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2026

The company ELVE S.A., in compliance with its obligations under paragraphs 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Euronext Athens Regulation, announces the amendment of the 2026 Financial Calendar with regard to the proposed dividend distribution:

The Company's Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on 8 September 2026, the distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.50 per share, with a proposed ex-date of 30th October 2026, a record date of 2nd November 2026 and the commencement of dividend payment on 5 November 2026.

Should the Company decide to amend any of the above dates or decision, the investment community will be promptly informed by means of a further announcement.
