Now in its third year, Future Leader Forum is a leadership development program designed to support current and emerging leaders from across Icon Oncology Group.
The 2026 cohort brought together 12 leaders from clinical, operational, and corporate disciplines for a series of personalised coaching sessions, group workshops and mentoring from Executive Leadership Team members and program alumni.
Throughout the year, participants had the opportunity to strengthen their leadership capabilities, broaden their perspectives and build connections with colleagues from across the organisation.
A key component of the program is putting this development into practice. Working in teams and supported by executive sponsors and alumni mentors, the cohort collaborated on real-world projects before coming together in Brisbane for their final Presentation Day on Thursday, 5 November.
Leadership Coach & Facilitator, Belinda Brosnan, has supported the cohort throughout the program, encouraging them to challenge themselves, build meaningful connections, and continue growing as leaders.
"Leadership is about continuing to learn, being willing to challenge yourself and having the courage to put that learning into practice. I'm incredibly proud of what this cohort has achieved and excited to see how they take these experiences forward in their careers."
"Developing tomorrow's healthcare leaders is an investment in the future of care. At Icon Oncology Group, we're committed to giving our people opportunities to grow, broaden their experience and help shape that future," Mark said.
"Programs such as Future Leader Forum put that commitment into practice, helping our people lead with confidence and keep the best possible care for patients at the heart of their decisions."
While Presentation Day marked the formal conclusion of the 2026 program, graduates will continue their development as part of the growing Future Leader Forum alumni community.
