Meet Maddy, Arete's Marketing Specialist. Maddy helps raise awareness of Arete's mission, programs, and impact through communication and written stories. She helps amplify the impact of Arete's programs through thoughtful communication and storytelling. With strategic messaging and creative campaigns, she highlights Arete Scholars' dedication to empowering students through scholarships and educational opportunities.

Maddy also partners closely with the Community Engagement team, nurturing the meaningful relationships Arete has with families and schools.

Since joining Arete in October 2024, Maddy has cherished every opportunity to connect with students and families, helping to tell their stories of determination, resilience, and commitment to learning. For her, every connection is a chance to contribute to a brighter future.

A proud graduate of the University of Louisiana Monroe, Maddy holds a B.A. in Communications with a focus in Digital Media and an M.A. in Communication Studies. Outside of work, she loves traveling, attending concerts, and exploring her passion for art and photography.
