Save the date: Open Enrollment

Open enrollment is an annual opportunity for benefit-eligible employees to select benefits that best meet their needs and those of their families.

The enrollment period runs from 8 a.m. on Monday, April 27 to 5 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026. Elections take effect July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, unless a qualifying life event occurs.

An in-person open enrollment event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 in the Student Union Building Hatch Ballroom. Vendors will include Regence of Idaho, Blue Cross of Idaho, ARAG legal service, Navia and representatives for pet and long-term care insurance (new optional insurance plans).
