Free summer movies at Downtown and Crossroads parks

Movies in the Park are back at dusk at Downtown Park, 10201 NE Fourth St., on Tuesdays, July 14-Aug. 18, and at Crossroads Park, 16000 NE 10th St., on Thursdays, Aug. 6-27. There will be pre-movie entertainment at 7 p.m. at Downtown Park.
A 40-foot movie screen transforms the parks into an outdoor movie theater for the following features, all rated PG.
Downtown Movies in the Park
- July 14: "Goat"
- July 21: "Super Mario Bros Galaxy"
- July 28: "Encanto"
- Aug. 4: "Zootopia"
- Aug. 11: "Lilo & Stitch"
- Aug. 18: "How to Train Your Dragon"
Crossroads Movies in the Park
- Aug. 6: "Emperor's New Groove"
- Aug. 13: "Zootopia 2"
- Aug. 20: "Wicked"
- Aug. 27: "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles"
Movies will be canceled if there is rain or unhealthy levels of smoke.
Downtown Movies in the Park is presented by Amazon and Viome, with radio sponsor Spirit 105.3. Crossroads Movies in the Park are sponsored by Crossroads Shopping Center.
