NOTICE OF UTILITY PETITION TO RELINQUISH ELIGIBLE
TELECOMMUNICATIONS CARRIER DESIGNATION
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on October 22, 2026, Tempo Telecom, LLC (Tempo) filed a petition to relinquish its designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier for wireless Lifeline service in the ACS of Anchorage, LLC study Area by December 31, 2026, or earlier. Docket U-26-025 was opened to address this matter. Tempo is exiting the wireless market and has no customers in Alaska.
