Crocker and Weekley to Speak at Cleveland Women in Bio Panel

Taft Cleveland partners Julie Crocker and Brandi Weekley will speak on a Cleveland Women In Bio (CWIB) panel, "Navigating Conflict and Advocating Your Position," on June 9 at The MidTown Tech Hive. Cleveland Women in Bio is dedicated to promoting careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship for women in life sciences, biotech, and related fields. Crocker is an effective and experienced trial attorney who focuses her practice on commercial transactions and business litigation matters. She regularly represents clients in shareholder disputes, real property matters, and M&A-related claims involving private equity and venture-backed companies. Crocker is familiar with and has handled all aspects of pre-trial and post-trial litigation. She has extensive first-chair jury trial experience and routinely represents clients in arbitration proceedings.

Weekley is an M&A attorney whose practice centers on private equity and venture capital transactions for funds and emerging growth companies.
