Rumble in Rodney Moved to Chase Fieldhouse Due to Weather Forecast
WILMINGTON - Due to anticipated weather conditions, Rumble in Rodney will be held at the Chase Fieldhouse, located at 401 Garasches Lane.
Rumble in Rodney aims to honor Wilmington's rich boxing history in celebration of the nation's 250th anniversary. The event will feature the area's top amateur boxers competing under the lights in a USA Boxing-sanctioned event. There will be live music, food concessions, past boxing greats, and more. 12 to 15 bouts are scheduled with the first set to begin at 6pm. Doors open at 5 pm.
Ringside seating is no longer available for purchase, but general admission is free to all.
