Notice of “NO PARKING” for downtown snow removal
November 28, 2025 - ROCHESTER, MINN. - In response to the forecasted snowfall, parking restrictions will be in effect on downtown area business district streets from Sunday through Tuesday to allow Public Works crews to clear snow. A map of affected streets is available on the City website.
No parking will be allowed in posted areas from midnight to 8 a.m. on the following days:
- Sunday, November 30
- Monday, December 1
- Tuesday, December 2
Impacted streets will be posted with this "No Parking - Tow Away Zone" notices on Friday, November 29.
All vehicles in violation will be ticketed and towed Anyone reporting a missing vehicle should contact the Law Enforcement Center.
