Roers Companies to Expand Executive Leadership

Roers Companies announced this week that it is launching a search for a President to join the company's executive leadership team to help lead the organization into its next chapter.

The addition of this role reflects the continued evolution and maturity of the company. Adding a president provides even deeper leadership capabilities across the organization as Roers Cos. continues building for the future. The president will lead operational execution and alignment while partnering closely with leaders across the business, including its senior leadership team.

Co-CEOs and Founders Brian Roers and Kent Roers will occupy what EOS refers to as "visionary" roles. They'll remain actively involved in the company and focus on long-term strategy, relationships, innovation, investment opportunities, and the entrepreneurial vision that has shaped Roers Cos. from the beginning. The Roers brothers will partner with the new executive leader once identified to ensure he or she integrates their vision and goals with the everyday operations of the business.
