Going with the flow

Trelleborg's Flexi-Guard® chute lining system prevents material blockages with a self-energized rubber design and enables fast, tool-free maintenance for mining operations.

Material buildup in chutes creates downtime and safety hazards. Trelleborg's Flexi-Guard® chute lining system keeps material moving with self-energized rubber fingers that vibrate as material passes through. This continuous movement stops wet or sticky ores from blocking the flow.

The design makes maintenance straightforward. Steel hangers are welded to the internal chute surface and rubber panels slot into place using a rubber mallet. When replacement is needed, simply pull a corner of the panel to release it. This tool-free approach reduces maintenance time and improves worker safety.

Flexi-Guard comes in two configurations: standard molded rubber or a composite version with ceramic facing for highly abrasive materials. Steel hangers are available in zinc plate, galvanized or stainless steel finishes to match your environment.

The system delivers consistent flow without manual intervention, helping your operation maintain productivity while simplifying change-outs for your maintenance team.
