More housing options are now available in Geraldton's city centre, with 15 residential lots released for sale at Station Square at Batavia Coast Marina.
In addition, a grouped dwelling lot and a mixed-use lot will be released later this year as part of Batavia Coast Marina Stage 2 project.
Together, these lots provide the opportunity for up to 40 new homes, bringing more quality housing choices, commercial opportunities and activation to Geraldton's waterfront.
This Batavia Coast Marina Stage 2 project is supported by $4.4 million from the State Government, alongside existing funding through the Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP) and Royalties for Regions, delivered in partnership with the Mid West Development Commission, City of Greater Geraldton and Yamatji Southern Regional Corporation.
The 15 lots will provide low-maintenance, "lock-and-leave" homes that respond to demand from buyers including locals, downsizers and regional workers.
All lots sit within walking distance of the marina, beach, entertainment precinct and local shops.
The project supports economic activity in Geraldton by unlocking new land supply, encouraging investment and enabling the delivery of a mix of residential and commercial space.
The residential lots are now available through an Offers Invited process. Interested buyers can find more details at Batavia Coast Marina - Overview - DevelopmentWA - Shaping our State's future.
