Nutrition Service Company Acquires Seymour Flour Mill

Benford Capital Partners ("Benford Capital" or "BCP") and Nutrition Service Company, LLC ("Nutrition Service" or "NSC") are pleased to announce the acquisition of Seymour Flour Mill, Inc. ("Seymour" or the "Company"). Seymour represents Nutrition Service's fifth acquisition under Benford Capital's ownership, following Echo Ridge (June 2022), Sherwood Elevator (August 2022), Northern Iowa Grain Processors (October 2023), and Magee Feeds (May 2024).

A third-generation, family-owned feed mill founded in 1967 and based in Seymour, Wisconsin, the Company manufactures and distributes retail and wholesale feed to a long-tenured customer base of commercial dairy farms across northeastern Wisconsin, supporting over 20,000 cows in the region. Operating 15 miles south of NSC's headquarters in Pulaski, Wisconsin, Seymour has built a strong local reputation for quality feed and customer service. Following closing, Rick Rottier, President of Seymour, will continue to lead the business, and Seymour's employees will remain with the Company in their existing roles.
