Senator Warren Statement on November 2025 CPI

Washington, D.C. - United States Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ranking Member of the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee released the following statement:

"Today's data shows inflation is still higher than it was when President Trump started his trade war in April. Families have been paying more for utilities and groceries. And just this week, unemployment spiked to its highest rate in more than four years. President Trump promised to lower costs on 'day one,' but Donald Trump's chaotic tariffs and failed economic agenda are standing in the way."
