AgFirst Farm Credit Bank announced that Melody Feinberg will join its Board of Directors as an outside director effective Sept. 1.
Ms. Feinberg brings extensive experience in financial services, enterprise risk management, compliance and corporate governance. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and chief risk officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, a wholesale bank with more than $150 billion in assets. In that role, she led the organization's enterprise-wide risk management function and served as chief compliance officer. Ms. Feinberg has previously held senior leadership positions with JPMorgan Chase, HSBC Bank USA, Goldman Sachs and Ernst & Young.
Ms. Feinberg earned an MBA in finance from Drexel University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from The College of New Jersey. She is a certified public accountant and holds a credential from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Feinberg will serve as the Board-designated financial expert, providing valuable insight and experience to support the bank's governance and strategic oversight responsibilities.
