Lancaster Energy Announces Electric Vehicle Giveaway for Current and Future Power Choice Customers

Lancaster, CA. January 13, 2026 - Lancaster Energy is excited to announce the Power Choice EV Giveaway Contest, a limited-time opportunity designed to generate community excitement around installing solar with battery storage through the local Power Choice program. Power Choice is a clean-energy initiative that makes solar and battery backup more accessible and affordable for residents.

Sponsored exclusively by Participate.Energy, this giveaway is open to current Power Choice customers, as well as new customers who enroll and complete installation by August 31, 2026. Eligible participants may enter for a chance to win a new electric vehicle or $35,000 cash.

To enter, participants must provide their contact information and submit a short 250-word summary about their experience with Power Choice and how it will make a difference in their lives, along with a photo of themselves with their installed system.

How to Enter (Deadline May 31, 2026)
To submit an application, eligible customers must complete the following steps:

1. Create a Registration Account: Enter an email address and create a password. A verification email will be sent, and once verified, customers can log in and begin their entry.
2. Fill Out Contact Information: Provide the name of the energy service provider and the service account number from the utility bill.
3. Write the Essay: Submit a short summary (250 words) describing how the Power Choice program has impacted daily life or why customers chose to enroll.
4. Save the Entry Form: Progress can be saved and returned to later for revisions, edits, or completion.
5. Attach a Photo: Upload a photo of the applicant with the installed solar and battery system.
6. Agree to Terms and Submit: Review all information, agree to the terms and policies, save the entry, and then press the "Submit" button.
