Milling and Resurfacing Norwalk Commuter Lots off Route 123

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on the Norwalk Commuter Lots off Route 123. This project is scheduled to occur on Thursday, November 13 and be completed on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The project DOT01730543CN consists of milling and resurfacing the Norwalk Commuter Lots off Route 123. This project is scheduled to begin milling and paving by Waters Construction on Thursday, November 13 to Tuesday November 18, 2025.

This project is included in CTDOT's 2025 Vendor Resurfacing Program.

LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO

Motorists can expect closure of the Norwalk Commuter Lots off Route 123. Variable message sign boards will be posted at the commuter lot sight at least 72 hours before the closure of the lot. The work schedule for this project is from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Thursday night to Tuesday morning.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
