ACQUISITION ANNOUNCEMENT: MJ Systems

Zelienople, PA - August 18, 2026 - Motion & Control Enterprises ("MCE) announced today that it has acquired MJ Systems LLC ("MJS").

Based in La Porte, Texas, with a second location in Metairie, Louisiana, MJS provides chemical injection pump systems, equipment and aftermarket parts to customers across the petrochemical, oil & gas, and offshore markets. The company supports customers nationwide across most major equipment brands and is recognized for its in-house technical expertise, high-specification capabilities and ability to solve demanding applications. Matt Schroeder founded the Company in 2007 and will continue to lead the business going forward.
