Freedom Holding Corp. announces cooperation with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop AI infrastructure in Central Asia

Freedom Holding Corp. and the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan today announced plans to strengthen Kazakhstan and Central Asia's leadership in AI through NVIDIA's sovereign exascale AI infrastructure and talent development initiatives.
This team initiative envisions a phased approach, including plans to establish Kazakhstan's Sovereign Artificial Intelligence Center, managed by Freedom Holding Corp., based on NVIDIA's AI infrastructure. The ministry will facilitate the creation of favorable conditions for the deployment and operation of large-scale AI infrastructure and support initiatives such as the establishment of an AI Academy and a research lab to train engineers and analysts.
The anticipated $2 bn project will be implemented at a site in Kazakhstan with an available capacity of 100 MW. Freedom Holding Corp. intends to be the primary financing and implementation partner.
