University Hospitals Opens Second Urgent Care Location in Parma

PARMA, Ohio - University Hospitals Urgent Care announced today the opening of its second location in Parma. The new urgent care location, part of the network of 25 urgent care clinics across Northeast Ohio managed in partnership between University Hospitals and WellStreet Urgent Care, brings even greater access to trusted, convenient care for the community.

The new Parma location, opening just in time for flu and respiratory season, offers rapid testing and treatment for multiple viruses such as flu A and B, COVID-19, RSV, strep and more. Conveniently located and designed with a welcoming environment, the Parma Ridge Road center provides treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, on-site x-ray, laceration repair, lab services, EKG, medication dispensing, and more. Patients can walk in without an appointment or reserve their spot online.

UH Urgent Care uses integrated technology through MyChart, powered by Epic, allowing caregivers to share information about a patient's urgent care visit with their University Hospitals physician, supporting a seamless transition to follow-up care.

In 2024 University Hospitals opened an urgent care location on Snow Road in Parma.

The new urgent care center will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. Patients can walk-in any time or book ahead online at UHurgentcare.org.
