Group Home Operator and Employees Charged with Neglect of Elderly Resident
TRENTON - Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin, the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ), and the Office of Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP) announced today that the Pennsylvania-based owner of a South Jersey group home for intellectually disabled people, and one employee, were arraigned on charges they allegedly neglected and abused an elderly resident.
