PSO Customers to See Lower Bills Following Reduced Fuel Costs

TULSA, Okla. (November 4, 2025) - Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) customers will see a reduction in their electric bills this month, thanks to lower natural gas prices.

The monthly bill of a typical residential customer using 1,100 kilowatt-hours will decrease by approximately $12 or 7%.

This change is driven by the pass-through expense of purchasing natural gas used to generate electricity. When fuel costs go down, those savings are passed directly to customers.

PSO is committed to providing safe, reliable, and affordable energy to the communities it serves. Through thoughtful planning, strategic investments, and a balanced energy mix, PSO works to shield customers from market volatility and deliver consistent value.

"We know how important affordability is to our customers, and we're pleased to pass these savings along," said PSO President and Chief Operating Officer Leigh Anne Strahler. "Our team is focused every day on delivering dependable service while keeping costs as low as possible."

In addition to this fuel cost reduction, PSO also offers programs to help customers manage energy costs, including free weatherization services, rebates, energy efficiency incentives, and flexible payment options.
