Parliament set out its priorities for the next MFF in May, criticising the Commission's plan for one national plan per Member State and calling for a structure that ensures transparency and parliamentary accountability, while involving regional and local authorities. A press conference with co-rapporteurs Siegfried Mureşan (EPP, Romania) and Carla Tavares (S&D, Portugal) is scheduled at 17.30.
