New metabolic health and physical therapy locations expand access to care in the community

Ascension Saint Thomas and its community partners are expanding access to health and wellness services across Clarksville-Montgomery County with the addition of new metabolic health and physical therapy locations.

With the opening of the new PathPoint Health clinic and two Results Physiotherapy clinics, Ascension Saint Thomas and its partners now offer care at 16 locations throughout Clarksville.

PathPoint Health expands metabolic healthcare

PathPoint Health, a metabolic health practice in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas, celebrated the ribbon-cutting of its Clarksville clinic Aug. 13 at 2292 Dalton Drive, just off Weatherly Drive.

Community members, local leaders, clinicians, and families gathered to tour the location, meet the care team, and learn more about PathPoint Health's weight management and metabolic health program.

PathPoint Health - Clarksville is the third Middle Tennessee location opened through the partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas, following locations in Nashville and Murfreesboro.

The partnership is focused on expanding access to evidence-based care for people managing metabolic conditions, including diabetes, obesity, and related chronic diseases.

PathPoint Health's care model is designed to complement patients' existing primary care and specialty clinicians. The Clarksville clinic offers medically supervised weight loss, GLP-1 prescription and management when clinically appropriate, nutrition and exercise planning, lifestyle counseling, and diagnostic assessments through a combination of in-person and virtual visits.

Through sustainable weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes, the care team helps patients address weight-related conditions such as prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, sleep apnea, fatty liver disease, and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Results Physiotherapy expands rehabilitation services

Ascension Saint Thomas also expanded access to rehabilitation services through its partnership with Results Physiotherapy, which recently celebrated the openings of two new Clarksville clinics.

The Results PT Clarksville Riverside Clinic, located at 882 Kraft St., Suite D, celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Aug. 19, followed by the opening celebration for the Results PT Clarksville Rossview Clinic, 1243 Rossview Road, Suite 105A, on Aug. 25.

Community members, local leaders, and clinicians gathered at the events to tour the locations, meet the physical therapy teams, and learn more about services available to patients recovering from injuries and surgeries, or managing chronic pain and mobility challenges.

The new locations provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy and personalized treatment plans as part of the broader care available through Ascension Saint Thomas' network of care.
